Women’s Health Pakenham

Pakenham Family Health is one of the best Women’s Health Pakenham providers. Since opening our doors in 2010 we have been looking after over 15,000 women in all aspects of women’s health including family planning, antenatal care, menopausal changes, pap smears and breast checks.

Unfortunately, women often worry first about everyone else around them and don’t place enough emphasis on looking after women’s health.

It’s time we put women’s health first

The two biggest barriers for women not maintaining a healthy lifestyle is ‘lack of time’ and ‘health not being a priority’. Women’s Health Week is the time to put yourself first, for just one week, and start making positive changes that can last a lifetime.

The health of the ones we love starts with you

We know women are leading busier lives than ever before and we have a tendency to let ourselves slip low on our priority lists. However, the health of those we love starts with you. By investing more time in yourselves, you are better able to look after the ones you love and care about.

Why Women’s Health Week?

In 2013, Jean Hailes for Women’s Health ran the very first national Women’s Health Week. Now in its 6th year, Women’s Health Week is the time to put yourself first and get talking about women’s health.

The event continues to gain groundswell nationally and Jean Hailes provides health information and free resources to support thousands of subscribers and hundreds of local events organised by communities Australia-wide.

This event attracts the support of organisations, high profile ambassadors, businesses, community, sporting and media groups across the country.
